What we collect
Account email (stored so we can look up logins and send alerts) and password hash; monitor configuration and ping metadata (time, optional IP/user-agent, fail body if you send one); alert delivery records; API key metadata (not the raw key after creation); billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription ids). We do not store full card numbers. Passwords, ping tokens, and API keys are hashed or sealed — account email is not encrypted at rest.
How we use it
To run the monitoring service, send alerts, bill paid plans, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
Stripe processes payments. Resend sends transactional email when configured. Hosting providers may process request logs. Each processor has its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
Account data lasts while the account exists. Ping history is pruned on a rolling window (about 30 days). You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
